A head office was designed for Ketebe Publishing House, located in the Topkapı, bringing together open and closed-plan offices, event spaces, and the iconic red library that characterizes the place. The spacious open office area was divided into different functions based on the needs of editors and administrators, while a kitchen, seating areas, and a small work stand were introduced to accommodate potential daily requirements of users.
The red library wall, together with columns designed to reflect the brand identity of Ketebe Publishing House, serves as the most distinctive feature of the project. These bold color elements are counterbalanced with the dominant use of white in the furniture, creating a strong yet harmonious visual rhythm. Modular furniture integrated with greenery provides a refreshing layer within the working environment, adding balance to the intense pace of publishing.
Graphic interventions, contrasting floor patterns, and custom lighting fixtures strengthen the spatial rhythm, while industrial ceiling details anchor the contemporary atmosphere. Overall, the project translates Ketebe’s publishing culture into a spatial identity, where collaboration, creativity, and brand values are embodied in the architecture.
